Regarding the review dated March 20th, I think that this was written by a vindictive person. Possibly with a personal interest in creating trouble for Dr Vignali or his assistant, I have been to this office a number of times over the years and have never witnessed the behavior stated. This assistant is a professional who is dedicated to the well being of the patients in her office.

I well let you know I have been coming to Dr. Vignali office for years and I am upset with the comments about the asst Jill. She is one of the best asst ever she is kind and knows her stuff . And first of all about the phone thing the first thing we are told when we sit in the chair is to turn off the phone or put it on silent . So I know that there is no texting going on by the asst. She is top dog in the office and Dr Vignali right hand . I see how they work together she would never do anything that I have read .. So Jill is the best dental asst . A. Smith

Went in for a routine filling, when Dr left the room, assistant Jill, started texting. The next time Dr left room she made a phone call. needless to say I will not be going back their again. Dr. Vignali was terrific, but he nees to find better help. Since Jill has worked their so a long period of time. Very unprofessional of her, disappointed to say the least.
