I have been working with families, adolescents and children for 30 years, and am currently in private practice in a convenient location that is handicapped accessible. Is fear or self-doubt holding you or a loved one back from fully participating in life? Whether it may be due to a traumatic experience, or social phobia, anxiety can interfere with relationships, school success, and employment satisfaction. My motto is " lose the fear, and find the love" that is the joy of being fully involved in life. I use a combination of cognitive therapy and "energy medicine" techniques such as EMDR, TFT, and hypnosis, to accelerate shifts in negative, self-limiting beliefs, freeing the self from fear, and increasing self-confidence.
