IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU PEOPLE
So far, very disappointed. Our doctor sent over records 3 weeks ago, I've been told 4 times that they'd be calling today...today...today...nothing. Finally called them. Hoping for the best, but my expectations are low.
Should be named NOCARE not lincare. -10 is my true rating. RUN dont walk away from this incompetent organization. The previous name Clark was horrible and I write this review based on many years with this company. While the respiratory therapist who set me up with my machine was good those who fill and send orders and take calls are undoubtedly I equipped to manage such high level tasks. Prior to lincare this was Clark respiratory which was no better. I recently got a new machine and new headgear and I was assured that all new supplies would come to my home. Had my doubts but hoped for the best. When the lincare box arrived, you guessed it, it was filled with supplies for my old machine. Called them over a week and a half ago and was assured I would receive the new supplies in two days. You guessed it, no supplies. Disgusting service. Will be looking for a new provider.
Just an unpleasant experience. I spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out my account due to their mistakes and they told me things that didn't end up being true and costing me money. I switched to Hometown Health in Watervliet for my future CPAP needs. It's too early to tell if they are better or worse but so far so good. At any rate, there are other providers besides Lincare, my recommendation would be to use one of them.

Aweful, aweful, aweful. I agree if I could rate them no stars I would. I have used them in three different locations since 2009 and they have not given me the card for my CPAP machine when I was supposed to be given one. They have also told me that I didn't need follow up appointments with my doctor for my CPAP because that was just a way for my doctor to get more money out of me. I had to jump through hoops to find out what the product codes were from location to location. I was told that the location I currently go to can't see what is in the previous location's system for my supplies, so I called that location and they started to tell me and then their supervisor stopped them and told them to give me a 1-800 # and not to give me the supply numbers. They have misquoted me, so much so that my supplies were more than double what they were originally quoted. When I told them exactly who misquoted me they told me it must have been someone from a different office, and didn't take responsibility. Lastly, they just told me that they had to go by the insurance contracted rates that they have for my CPAP supplies which are almost $100 more than if I didn't have insurance. They are terrible. I wouldn't go to them again if you paid me. They would rather see their patients die than show any sympathy or take responsibilty for their mistakes.

There Isn't an option for no stars. It is 2014 and I sadly had the same experience as the other two reporters. A dunning letter for health equipment .. for equipment I couldn't use because they negligently didn't fix the first equipment! It is like the young man who murdered his parents and begs for mercy because he is an orphan.

My mother's tanks were exchanged and water bottle hooked to 02 concentrator. About 3:30 in the morning I get a call from her. Not feeling well. Total body shakes, chest pain and feeling like blacking out. Ended up taking Nitro for chest pain....progressively continued to shake and start to black out. Called 9-1-1. 02 saturation 67%!!!!!!!!!!!To sum up at this point...after ambulance and ER etc and chest x-ray and blood work....find out that the tubing from the bottle was NEVER connected to machine!!!! Called and spoke to person who had made the visit. Total denial (think just like Clinton). Insisted he had put that on and that someone must have bumped or knocked it off. Also said he thought he put it on so tight that my Mother wouldn't be able to get it off. Now how could it be both ways? The truth is that when it is put on, it takes a lot of strength to pull it off. You could tackle that machine and roll on the ground with it. That tubing does not "fall or get knocked off".

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC! In 2009, I rented a bipap machine & no card was given with the machine(prints out oxygen levels, etc) for 2 months, then was given blank card, then was given card that changed correct settings to wrong settings, then given cracked card. After 6 months of this, I called them to pickup machine. They picked it up 1 month later, claiming I never called a month earlier. HORRIBLE BILLING! Originally, they billed me for 6 months of co-pays with insurance where the amounts were doubled & the 7th 8th 9th &10th months in full without any insurance. I tried to resolve this for 1 year in 2010 & no one called me back. I made many phone calls, they finally undoubled the 1st 6 months of copays & credited me for the 8th, 9th & 10th months of full billing. In 2011, I stopped calling them. Now they have the nerve to send me a letter threatening collection, will not credit any copay for 2009(card problems) or credit 7th month, cuz they already credited me for their original errors!
