Brian Secord did a fine job in explaining to me what had happened to my car. We're still in the process of making sure it gets fixed. I trust Brian will take good care of the situation.

Dave Bedian handled my service appoint both professionally and courteously. He told me I would be out of there in a hour, and I was. Thank you Dave and thank you Lia Hyundai for the best service in the area. I would not take my 2020 Hyundai anywhere else.

Brian Secord was the service advisor who took great care of me during my recent visit at Lia Hyundai. I live almost an hour north of Albany and was not able to get in at my local Hyundai dealership for almost six weeks to get an engine recall taken care of. I got online at Lia and had an appointment in less than two days. Brian was courteous, professional and promised the service would take about an hour. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes and my car was even washed! Thank you Brian! I’ll certainly be back!

Our recent experience at Lia Hyundai when buying our new Hyundai Santa Fe was great. Ralph Simeone wasn’t pushy and worked WITH us to get the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. He was pleasant and flexible and I am very pleased with our purchase. The only reason I didn’t give Lia Hyundai five stars was they didn’t review the features with me before giving me the keys (I probably should have asked). And it took quite a bit of time despite having scheduled an appointment. Overall a great experience.

On 12/21/19 after picking up my son at the Albany airport my check engine light came on. I then drove to the dealership and asked if they could take a look at my car. I did not have an appointment; but after explaining that my son flew all night from California to be home for the holidays and I would be driving downstate, Matthew Vangelder was very helpful and had a technician look at my car and make the necessary repairs.

My experience with the service department has always been great!

I recently had work done on a leak in my gas line, after the check engine light code came back indicating such. Edward Kosek, who I've had many times over the 10 years I've had my '09 Santa Fe, was courteous and knowledgable, and was able to get me a loner car once it was apparent that it would take a little longer to find the source of the leak in the fuel system. Took the loner car home, came back the next morning, and picked the car up, no problem.

Brian Secord at Lia Hyundai in Albany helped us out of a jam, and we are grateful. It was at the end of the day when things were winding down and the service dept. was ready to call it a day. They were highly professional, courteous, and the department took care of everything. They will get our business.

I would highly recommend Desitin Baker at Lia Hyundai when purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely helpful answering all my questions and concerns. He is down to earth and makes purchasing a car less stressful. I'm very happy with my car buying experience with Desitin.

I took my car in for an oil change and stated that I was aware of another issue that it was having. I went and waited in the very comfortable waiting area and within a very reasonable amount of time, Frank Goergen came to tell me that my Oil Change was complete. He was professional and didn't try to tell me about another issue. NO PRESSURE....loved that and washed my car too. Thank you Frank and team.

I drove all the way from Connecticut to look at a particular car. I called ahead and spoke to the manager Chris. He made sure the car was still there and told me what I needed to bring. I was immediately greeted at the door buy multiple salesman who said hello and held the door open. Chris saw the Connecticut plates And greeted me by name. I had a VERY active 8 year old with me. The staff was so good with him and were very patient. Chris went out of his way to assist and gave him ice cream and set him up in the staff room with SpongeBob. I worked with AJ who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The staff did everything they could to get me a good deal. AJ helped me figure out what I needed to do to register my car in another state and they did everything so that I could drive away in my new car that day. Great experience!
