About Rick Iâ??ve spent almost 30 years in the mortgage industry. In addition, I have years of experience in property management, and home renovations. When my borrowers are working with me, they can rest assured that they are in the hands of an experienced loan originator. I grew up on Long Island and graduated from Hofstra University. After spending a quick period of time in Seattle, I ultimately relocated to Ballston Lake in 1993, and itâ??s been my home ever since. I think if I had to list one trait that I offer that other loan originators might not, is my ability to easily find the best loan solution for each customer.
