I scheduled service with Ecomaids a week in advance. I needed them to come the day that I was expecting company for the weekend. I was counting on them coming and leaving me with a clean house for my guests. We left the key under the may as instructed. When we got home at the end of the day, no one had been to our house. We received no phone calls or messages. I left a message several days ago and have gotten no response. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend dealing with anyone who handles their business this way.

Excellent company overall. I've had a couple glitches (scheduling, things not cleaned), but they've handled it all gracefully -- and they do guarantee their work. I've had a couple different teams come clean the place, and the people have been great. The "green" cleaning supplies are effective and not noxious (and all I generally use in the house, regardless). I appreciate the fact that they hire male cleaners, too, since it does tend to be a problematically "feminized" niche. And I really like that they don't have a problem with my wanting just a once-monthly cleaning, since that's really all I need! WOW! I couldn't believe the extreme level of detail. The maids were very professional and thorough. Highly recommend, I've singed up for bi-weekly service. Price is a little high, but worth every penny.
