find another orthodontist!!! Unprofessional, rude, uncaring, rushed, poor quality of care. Initial visit (consult) was less than 5 minutes and despite waiting for about an hour at each visit, the actual work done by the TECH was less than stellar. Work repeatedly had to be corrected/ redone. Dentist is always too busy to meet with you and never actually works on patients. Did I mention the day care for the employee children in the back room?? This place is a nightmare and I would rather have to make payments for the rest of my life to a good ortho, than return. No communication and questionable billing practices.
