Number one thing that I appreciate from them is the customer service. So I have a Sony laptop and my son had been using it to download musics and movies and all stuff without my knowledge, and unfortunately I haven't installed any anti virus yet. These guys at computer answers are doing a good job with computers, i had a pain in the $&*# problem with my sound, and no one could figure out what the heck was wrong with it. They took a look at it with in 2 days I had my computer working fine with out any problems. Highly recommended.

We bought a used computer from Computer Answers, which was inexpensive, but we later realized it was too slow for our needs. So we came back to Computer Answers and explained our problem, they were understanding and offered to trade in the other computer for a faster one free of charge, in order to satisfy our conserns. We appreciate the understanding customer support and look forward to working with Computer Answers again. Anyone interested in computer repairs, feel free to go see them for a free diagnostics!
Friendly, Very available to answers all of my computer questions, with understandable answers. The repairs, were done in Timely manner so I did't have to wait more then 3 days. Small business atmosphere makes it nice to work with. Also the convenient location made it easy to get to and get things done.
I dropped my laptop off on Saturday, it wasnt working at all, I was surprised to get a phone call on Monday that everything was finished. My opinion is these guys do the best job, would buisness with these guys again!
