We moved here 10 years ago and were in search of a new vet. Colonie Animal Hospital came highly recomended and we have not been disppointed. We have seen many changes over the years there but in efforts to make there practice all the more better. All of the staff there from the vets to the front desk care for our pets as if they were their own and they treat you with a tremendous amount of respect as you are making difficult decisions about their care. There are many choice out there but we will always go to Colonie Animal Hospital.

I grew up in Schenectady, Town of Colonie and we took our dogs to Colonie Animal Hospital. Dr. Martin Newman took exceptional care of our Beagles. I always went along with my dad for all the wellness and sick visits and was always impressed with the time and care Dr. Newman took with our dogs. The staff was always the same as Dr. Newman. Living in Niskayuna, there are many Vetrinary Hospitals close by, but in my mind there was no question where we were going to get our Italian Greyhound, Bella established. Dr. Newman was semi-retired at the time and then took a well deserved retirement Drs. Kinne and Koren-Roth have taken exceptional care of Bella who has had a history of gastrointestinal issues, and emergencies as well. The staff has always accommodating, from the receptionists to the technicians and treated us and Bella with kindness. We also appreciate that the staff is experienced. Bella is 12 now and doing well thanks to both doctors. Thank you

I have been coming to Colonie Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are wonderful and take fantastic care of my babies. They are very accommodating and when I recently had a serious surgery for one of my cats, they were understanding and compassionate. I was relieved to know I could pay what I could if necessary. I would recommend them highly!

We have been going to Colonie Animal Hospital for over 25 years. Although there have been some changes over the years it is still a wonderful Animal Hospital. All of the staff, the vets, techs and front desk staff are all very friendly and very obviously love our pets. Although it is an older building it is always neat and clean. From talking with friends it sounds like CAH is less expensive than other vets. I think it's the best in the area.
