Have not sceduled the install yet but it's only been a couple days since I made the deposit. From day 1, Melissa and Jerry have both provided absolutely AMAZING customer service. They make you feel like a relative, not a customer. I'm hoping the install goes as well. If so, I'm screaming this to the world. More companies should follow their example.

Jerry came for that appointment on time and again was not only professional but knew all the requirements needed not only for the fence but also for my locality. We replaced a beaten up stockade fence with a white pvc fence and it looks awesome. It is a very sturdy fence and worth every penny. No more staining. Dan and Craig did a great job taking down and installing the new fence in less than 4 hours. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done too. Backyard Fence is by far the best fence company in this area. After being referred from several friends in the Niskayuna area, I called them for an estimate. Their price was very competitive, and the Meridian Vinyl material was locally manufactured. Jerry was full of helpful advice and had a deep knowledge of the complicated building codes in my area. He even helped me find my property lines with his magnetic pin locator saving me the cost of a new survey. Led by Don, the installation staff was pleasant, clean cut, and courteous every step of the way. Melissa in the office was such a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my silly questions by email, even after hours. If you're thinking about why you should spend money letting professionals install a fence read on, it's worth every penny. Backyard fence has done two installations of PVC fence in my backyard and this year they'll be doing a third in the front. Service was professional, problem free and they were always there to answer any questions up to, during and after the installation. I can think of few home improvement projects that provide this much payoff (e.g., when was the last time you spent thinking that your new siding/windows/room improved your whole summer.) Believe me, you'll do that with your new fence!!!

From the time I first contacted Backyard Fence until the time they completed the job, I was completely satisfied with their work. This is a wonderful company to deal with!! We were so satisfied with the privacy fence they installed last summer, that we again used them recently to extend our fence on one side of the yard. We have a large lot, and this fencing has enhanced the property's appearance tremendously.
