I cannot recommend this company. They came to my home following floods. They contracted to remove some wet carpeting, cut up the bottom six inches of paneling in two flooded rooms, remove sink and vanity, dry& clean, spray antimicrobials. What they did was remove paneling by hand, damaging other structures. They tried to remove the toilet, breaking it and reflooding the basement. For this they refused responsibility, charged more than original estimate, did not finish the job, caused damage outside the house by removing the stairs to the deck. Harassment by an attorney ensues for more money for the damage they caused. A useless, moldy basement remains. Servpro: like you wish they never happened.
