The apartment & complex is beautiful. Only concern is customer service after moving in. You get a walk through check sheet to complete after you move in; however I strongly recommend that you do this prior to signing. Our apt. was just updated & has issues with the quality of workmanship. The master shower was badly cracked during install & cannot be used without causing water damage, the newly installed carpet has white paint stains throughout and bleach stains where the painters tried to remove paint. The carpet seam areas are very weak and they did not use carpet stripping or molding. You can see where the painters painted over holes, over sprayed and in several areas you can still see the old cooler of the walls. The apartment has a smell which could just be the new paint or carpet. When the above issues were discussed nothing was done and we were told that we need to get use to apartment leaving and that the smell is probably ours & the apartment did not smell before. Very Rude!
