I saw a reasonably priced older model SUV and told the owner I'd buy it IF he repaired the things I pointed out to him right there on the lot. He agreed and wrote it into our contract that he'd repair them. As soon as I paid, he went back on his word and did not repair anything. I left the vehicle with him for the weekend so they could fix it, and when I came to pick up the vehicle, it still was not fixed. So he told me to bring the vehicle back the next upcoming weekend. Well I couldn't do that because the SUV ran hot on my way home to Valdosta. Come to find out, he sold me an SUV that needed a new radiator. That's not even the worst of it. When I went to the tag office to get my license plate, I found out that they never filed a title and never submitted the information for my tag. When I called them, I was told that I needed to make a payment (I did 90 days same as cash) before they would release my tag information. So even BEFORE a payment was due, they did not do what they were supposed to do to make sure I could get a license plate. I have been calling and going back and forth with this slimy shady deceitful dealer for four months now. When I last talked to Henry, the owner, he said he'd reduce the balance of my account due to the inoperable vehicle he sold. But he tried to say a radiator repair would only cost $150 so that's all he would reduce. The radiator costed $610 to repair. Then his unprofessional, ghetto female employees will call and give me varying account balances. They are the most ridiculous, ratchet, lying car salespeople I've ever seen. When I called to settle my account balance in full, Henry kept ducking and dodging my phone calls and the ghetto receptionist (who will lie and say she's the head person over the whole lot) lies about Henry being there so that he does not have to be confronted about his slimy, gross, sloppy disgusting ways. I'm currently in the process of filing a civil suit to have refunded since no one at the dealership holds themselves accountable for their messiness. Do NOT buy anything from them. You WILL be screwed over.
