An awful experience with Mills TV. Initially I was told he could repair my tv and have it back to me within 7 days. After day 10 I called and was told it would be another week. I asked them to keep me informed. I was always rushed off the phone. I would never receive a call back after leaving a message for updates (if the voicemail was not too full). Finally after 5 weeks of lies about my tv, I was told the tv could not be repaired. I was even told they rode past my house to return my tv but they did not see my car. More lies. It took another week to get my tv back and a partial refund of my money. The owner has a very deceitful and condescending attitude. If I did not receive my tv when I did, I was going to pursue legal action against this vendor. A horrible experience.

called Mills TV service they came out and said they needed to take the TV back to their shop. Paid half up front, and they told me it would be about two weeks to repair. after about the third week I started calling for updates on the repair process, I kept getting rushed off the phone and was given the "I know sir, we are still working on it. Needles to say their service was very poor, my TV never got repaired, it look like someone spilled some sort of liquid on the back panel of the TV, it was very dusty as if it just sat and was never look at. Finally the TV was returned and left on the front porch. I was first told I would get a refund but that never happened. I will never us their services ever again. I give them no stars, but had to put one on for submitting this review

Will take your money even if he knows he can't fix your TV.... Good Luck!

Came and got it and had it back in 2 days, now i can enjoy everyone over at my place for the SUPER BOWL Sunday! Saved my whole party.

Big Projection Tv repair same day service. Got charged 185 dollars and fixed in the same day . Needed new liquid put in my picture tubes. Thanks Mills TV

Called Mills TV to pick up my Samsung 50" Flat Screen and was told it took 50 dollars to give an estimate and that would come off the repair. So They came out and told me what was wrong with it and took it and fixed it in the same day for a total repair of 150 dollars. Very nice and quick service. Highly recommend .

The sound went out on my 19" Element tv. I called Mills' TV Repair on December 26th. They charged me $50 to check it out. I have called back several times to find out what is wrong with it. He finally admitted that it couldn't be fixed and that I should just buy another one. I keep being told that they will bring my tv back but I have yet to receive it. He has promised to return it twice this week already. Every time I talk to him I feel that I'm being rushed off the phone and being given the runaround. Save yourself the headache and frustration and DO NOT use Mills' TV Repair and their shady business tactics!!!

Mills came picked up tv last May 2011 "repaired" it brought it back, by July 2011 same problem occurred they came and got it again. called numerous times they gave a sad story each time. they still have our tv and its been over a year ago. only reason i haven't gone to get it because it doesn't work...what's the use in having a 60 inch tv just sitting in the house. if they couldn't fix it they should have said that instead of giving us the run around...oh yeah forgot to mention they even offered to give us someone else's tv that they had sitting up there if they couldn't fix ours. needless to say we didn't get that one either. bad business!

Called Charles Mills at 8:30 am. TV was picked up by 9:00 am & returned by a technecian & reinstalled at 12:30 pm the same day. Billing very reasonable.

Mr. Mills team picked up my tv, took it to the shop and repaired it in mark time and the price was right. I highly recommend them.

I took my dead TV to Mills TV repair shop and they had it ready in 2 days. Great service, good price and friendly attitude. I'll remember them in the future. Thanks Mills TV!

i called mills tv an theywere to send a technician to my house to trouble shoot andgive me the exact cause my tv didn,t come on.they said it would be 59 dollars for a technician to come out per my request.the sent a guy out who was not a technician.he plugged the tv in and called the shop and told them it looked like a problem they had last week and wanted to take the tv to the shop for a 250 dollar service charge.we declined.they tried to charge me 50 dollars for plugging in my tv.i rtefused.they threatened to call the police on me for thief by taking.i am a technician and would have never charged anyone for something like that.they owe me and apology.

I want to thank Mr. Charles Mills up at Mills TV repair for running a solid TV repair business that provided me with fast, friendly and courteous service at a very fair price. After experiencing negative service & repair with another TV repair shop in East Albany, I called Mills TV repair to see if they could salvage anything from my 32 in. flat screen which i was told earlier needed a 400 $ power supply (this after paying a 50$ diagnosis fee!). Charles informed me he would take a look at it and got back to me the same day to say he could fix it for 150$ total! My TV now works like it was brand new and it costs me 1/3 of what they wanted to charge at the other repair place. Thanks again Charles for running a sound business from start to finish and I would encourage others to beware of paying a high diagnosis fee just to be told your TV is beyond repair at the other repair shop. Great job Mills TV!

I have used Mills TV many times over the years and I have been treated fairly and with respect every time, plus they were extremely fast with fixing and delivering it back.

Called with question and they didn't offer any help. They just wanted to get the tv there so the meter would start running.
