General Info
A unique practice focusing on core strengthening as the foundation, utilizing Pilates-based exercises, Gym Balls, Resistance Bands, Muscle Release Techniques and T´ai Chi. The exercise programs are designed to increase balance, strength and flexibility. The focus is on developing the skill to experience each targeted muscle group while moving with proper form.
