I had Trinkle Const. install new windows.The owner came to give the estimate. He was very nice and answered all our questions. We ended up hiring them to do the job.The installation went perfectly. They were very clean and did a beautiful job. We will hire them to do our roof when it is time

Trinkle's employees are very nice and the work is above average. Where their service really suffers, however, is in their inability to show up. They did some roofing for me two years ago and subcontracted for in-door construction on a skylight. It's two years later and the work, while borderline acceptable at the time, is now coming apart. I called several times and while I did get a response, the repair was minor. The employee observed the contractor's work, said he'd make it right at Trinkle's expense, put some sealant around the outside of the skylight and never returned. During the initial work, I had to keep on them about their work schedule. If you're going to use these guys, don't pay up front. They are nice, hard-working, and helpful, but getting them to complete a job is extremely difficult.
