The exam with Dr. Molina was fine. He is nice and informative but the sales staff was very unprofessional. As my daughter and I waited for her glasses to be ready 3 sales associates openly made fun of a customer wanting to buy glasses for his children after he left. A woman customer left shortly after and they made fun of her. One of these staff members spoke to a customer on the phone, rudely, and once she hung up the phone, talked bad about this customer as well, very openly, in ear shot of my daughter and I. VERY unprofessional! That's not how you keep clients! I wonder what they say about my family and I once we walk out the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointing and rude!
