Man who worked behind the counter stole my two packages that were to be shipped from their "authorized" UPS shipping center, which UPS has advised me they are NOT authorized. He did not scan the packages into a system or give a reciept showing the item was indeed recieved by 'UPS'. When questioned, he stated that it was normal procedure. I shouldve known there was something fishy right then. The contents of the packages was worth well over $1800. After a week of tracking my packages with no activity associated with the tracking number, and finding out they were never actually given to UPS to be shipped, I went in to alamo photo center with my husband to figure out what was going on. The lady at the counter, older short lady with orange blonde hair, became extremely &unnecessarily defensive, refused to help us, refused to show us any security camera footage or give us any information in order to find out why the packages were never sent out from their store, kicked us out of the store and called the police. Isnt that a great place of business. UPS has no record of my packages every being picked up from their location, but other packages were picked up that day.
