Avoid this company and Barry Raferty at all cost. If I could, a Zero star is what he deserves. Raferty is well known as a "Hired Gun" in the Ontario Canada courtrooms. Mr. Raferty charged my father in-law twice (about $9,000 each time) for the same accident report, insisting they were different, yet he only completed one report. He refused to give any discount and became very rude, nasty and threatening when we said we were not going to pay him twice for the same accident, on the civil case. Raferty poor service and arrogant attitude has been a horrible and stressful experience for me and my entire Canadian family. Not reasonable and not a credible person to work with.
