There are no happy massages at this place, and the temperature there was very cold during all 8 of my visits. Be sure to bring an extra blanket! Although they might be able to turn on a space heater in your room, there are no individual ceilings for each room, so the heat will just escape. If you don't have an appointment, you might consider calling ahead by 15 minutes, or you might be waiting in their TV lounge for 15 minutes (and they don't have cable). They don't always have a massage therapist on-site, but they do have one on stand-by at another location. After a simple telephone call to her, she usually arrives within 15 minutes. I have had to sit and wait patiently about 5 of my 8 visits, until someone showed-up. One of the good things about Ocean Spa is that they will give you a hot cup of Ginseng to drink while you wait for the massage therapist to arrive. The only problem with the hot Ginseng is that they give it to you in a small, wax-lined cup, and the wax instantly melts
