She is committed to helping parents keep their kids healthy and safe. Dr. Leus is originally from Belgium. Her father worked at the World Health Organization. Her family moved around the world throughout her childhood. Accompanying her parents to community health clinics in developing countries sparked her interest in medicine. She saw the difference that quality primary care can make in the lives of children. She earned her medical degree from Tulane University.
