  While at Wausau and Nationwide Insurance Companies, Mr. Frangiamore was responsible for the supervision, litigation and settlement of most of the major West Coast environmental claims and litigation. He also served as manager of the California construction defect unit, which handled most of the insurance claims involving some of the largest residential construction projects throughout the State of California. Mr. Frangiamore handled and supervised numerous other property and casualty claims and was responsible for training claim personnel on compliance with unfair claims practices regulations, through the Nationwide insurance enterprise. Mr. Frangiamore has also testified in deposition and trials numerous insurance coverage bad faith cases for over 20 years and is available to testify as an expert on complex insurance claims. Mr. Frangiamore has been retained by many of the most highly regarded insurance coverage lawyers and firms nationwide. Many judges, private mediators, special masters and attorneys recognize Mr. Frangiamore a one of the most effective negotiators of complex insurance claims in the country. David Frangiamore is also author of a nationally recognized book on insurance entitled “ How Insurance Companies Settle Cases ” from James Publishing.
