My wife and i stopped at this restaurant on wednesday the 6th of may 2009 because we heard about their food. We seated ourselves and waited for our server. She finally came over with our water and then she said she would be back because she had to greet some customers on the other side of the restaurant. After some time she appeared to take our order, minded,this was our first time there. We both ordered the ido burger and fries. I told her the only thing i wanted on my burger was lite mayo, lettuce, tomato, and heavy pickle. When she brought our meal back it had everything i did not want on it. I told her that i did not want that burger because i could not eat three things that were on it. She rudely said YOU ORDERED THE IDO BURGER AND THATS WHAT IT COMES WITH.!!!!!!! I told her this was our first time here, and they were known for their burgers. An then she said DID'NT YOU READ THE MENU.!!!!! This waitress was very rude to us. The Ido's Wednesday deal of 1/2 off burgers is amazing. Though you can't get the Ranch Burger 1/2 off anymore :( you still have a solid selection that are eligible for the discount. They have good beer on tap and their potato skins are the best I've had. I can't comment on anything else because I only get beer, skins, and burgers. Any place you can get a beer and burger for $10 with tip included, I'm sold on.
