Human emotions are a necessary part of every person's life. Life becomes more difficult when emotions get out of control. If you have emotional or living problems including fear, anxiety, distress, rage or depression, Emotions Anonymous (EA) may be able to help. EA is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their emotional problems. The only requirement for EA membership is a desire to become emotionally well. There are no dues or fees for EA membership. We are self-supporting through our own contributions. Emotions Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution, does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses or opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay well emotionally and to help others become emotionally well.
