Unfortunately, our experience was terrible with this business. Their customer service is awful. Spent 6k on sectional sofa, delivery took over three months because of a factory delay they failed to inform us about. When piece was delivered, it was damaged-badly scorched fabric across front of piece, which they also knew about but failed to tell us about until after the piece arrived in our home. They again blamed this on a factory issue, and promised to have the piece fixed "right away," but two weeks later we still have not heard from them about the fix. The owner did not really apologize for any of this, and offered us a rather miserly 200 dollar discount only when we expressed that we were ready to send the piece back and demand a full refund. Normally we like to patronize local businesses, but this experience was so customer unfriendly that we will certainly NEVER go back, and I would never recommend their services to anyone.

I'm not sure if the owners took over since the bad review below, but I can tell you that they are so far off compared to my experience. Dimitroffs is an excellent place to shop for furniture if you want quality. If you are on a budget, just let them know. They will be happy to find you something that has high quality and still affordable. I would recommend them over Levin and Ashleys big time. The service is beyond compare, they are not pushy, have superior design experience and are very friendly.

Love this store! We were recently looking for a decorator to save the look of my grand room and found that they had three new furniture lines that I could not find elsewhere. They are beautiful! In addition to the perfect furniture for our room, we bought window treatments. The customer service was wonderful, they understood the concept of a budget, and worked very hard to meet under my budget.

Terrible and UNPROFESSIONAL business practices.They'll take your money,but if you have a problem are very unwilling to assist you and will say one thing ,then do another.If you still want better furniture...go ELSEWHERE. P. Heben
