The staff, including the director, was extremely rude and insensitive to my family. Not to mention having lost my father twice in the 8 days that it took them to cremate him. In the end they did not even want to let us take my fathers ashes when they finally finished. we were not informed on his location at any point, or even when his ashes arrived at the funeral home. If it was not for Norma Gomez, the victim advocate from the Pima County District Attorney's office, we probably would not even have my fathers remains.
