Ramapo Manor Nursing Center, founded in 1957, provides rehabilitation and nursing services. It has facility for 24-hour emergency care, rehabilitation and recovery, psychiatric evaluations and treatment and therapies. The center offers programs in stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation and cancer and wound care. Its campus provides a variety of amenities, including a beauty salon and barbershop, a gift shop, pharmacy, television room, dinning area and outdoor patios. Additionally, it provides religious and pastoral services and organizes a variety of activities that include arts and crafts, barbecues, movie screening, music and outings. Ramapo Manor Nursing Center is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. It is located in Airmont, N.Y.
