Nutrition Consulting Designed Just for You! I work with clients one-on-one to design a whole foods eating plan that is personalized for them. If you are already in some area, you can either fix it, or substantially improve it, by changing what you eat, adding supplements, exercise and making other lifestyle changes. Some of the changes, such as supplements, may be for a season, but others should be for your lifetime. While I see clients with any number of health concerns, my specialty is food allergies, especially celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. I have experience with elimination diets as well. I use these to help clients discover which foods may be provoking symptoms for them. When needed, laboratory testing, including food allergy testing, may be recommended.
