Dr. Faircloth is wonderful. He is so outgoing ad makes a person feel so comfortable being in his office.

I had work done at Dr. Faircloth's office. The work was good, but their billing system was terrible. They didn't credit my account where I paid out of pocket or when my insurance paid even though I gave them exact dates of when my insurance's co. check had cleared. It took over a year until they finally cleared my account and they had to sent me check where I had over paid them. I will never go there again or send my children there if they need oral surgery in the future....If anyone does decide to go with them, make sure you keep all statements and receipts and stay in contact with your insurance company. I did, and they still gave me a hard time.
