We are a preferred Mental Health provider in the metro Aiken area for most insurances. Owner and lead counselor, Sandra A. Baxter, has an extensive and varied background in Mental Health Services with individuals and families. She has a Master s Degree from the University of South Carolina in Rehabilitation Counseling. Sandra is licensed in SC as a Professional Counselor/Supervisor (LPCS). She is also a nationally certified Master s Addictions Counselor (MAC) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Mrs. Baxter has 30 yrs of counseling experience.
