Baxter, has an extensive and varied background in Mental Health Services with individuals and families. She has a Master s Degree from the University of South Carolina in Rehabilitation Counseling. Sandra is licensed in SC as a Professional Counselor/Supervisor (LPCS). She is also a nationally certified Master s Addictions Counselor (MAC) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Mrs. Baxter has 30 yrs of counseling experience.
