A very curt and ill-tempered woman who projects negativity based on a single phone conversation that was intended to help a patient receive faster and friendlier service under her care. A simple process got twisted, drawn-out, and over-inflated all on this doctor's own accord. She asks you a question but cuts you off abruptly and harshly, then judges you on-the-spot as being an angry person when in fact you are speaking politely and in a pleasant tone. This individual has anger issues so accuses others of being irate. Illogical, in every way.
