      Bill Ramsey has 33 years of real estate experience in Hawaii, including appraisal, sales and property management. The last 30 years have been devoted primarily to full-time property management, specializing in residential income property management. From 1973 to 1977, Bill was a Property Manager with the property management department of a large trust company in Honolulu. From 1978 to 1979, he was the Broker-in-Charge of a large property management company’s rental department. Prior to the opening of Bill Ramsey, Inc. in 1981, Bill was the Vice President and General Manager of a full-service property management firm, providing management services for rentals, condominium associations and account collections. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in California. In addition, he holds a Principal Brokers license with the Hawaii State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and has been designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors. Bill is a past instructor with the Graduate Realtors Institute of the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the IREM Accredited Resident Managers Course 101. He was the 1984 President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a past Director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and the Hawaii Association of Realtors. He is also 1997-1998 Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors.
