Never did I think kickboxing would be something I could do or even conquer, but ILKB makes it fun and makes me went to be the best and healthiest version of myself. I would totally recommend trying out a class, you won’t regret it!

Provided by YP.comI LOVE Kickboxing!!! I have only been attending classes for a few weeks, but I don't think I have ever enjoyed any work out quite like this one! I look forward to going to class and actually avoid making plans after work on weekdays in order to accomodate coming in at least 3-4 days a week! The staff/instructors are so nice and friendly - always welcoming us with a big smile and cheering us on from beginning to end. The workout itself is one of the most physically challenging and effective workouts I have ever done. In just over 2 months, I have seen a serious change in my body - in what I see in the mirror, how my clothes fit, and how much stronger I get after each day. It has been an incredible stress relief to get to kick and punch everytime, too! I look forward to seeing more improvement in myself and continuing to attend classes!

Provided by YP.comSince joining ILoveKickboxing in January, I have lost 40 pounds. It is by far the most enjoyable workout I have ever done. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun while they are working out.

Provided by YP.comI needed to dramatically improve my cardio and thought I'd give iLoveKickboxing in Agoura a shot. I was hooked after my first class and joined up for the year. In 14 days I've been 10 times which says nothing but good things about the instructors, the facility, and, most importantly, the workout. My cardio has already improved and I've lost 5 lbs!
