Hello, I must compliment you and your store.But, Most of all Your Employee David Boatright. I have not been to a Hardware store anywhere that I can actually interact with a sales associate as knowledgeable with all merchandise within the store and someone who always gives me simplified instructions for any projects or home repair. Easy to understand, I have never completed so many repairs at my home with so little effort and without error. My Uncle Bill Wood Owned Keene's Hardware in Oxnard and Pt Dume for more than 30 years until he passed away from Cancer. He too gave me simplified instructions comparable to David. David is such an asset to your Store that I drive more than 20 miles for all of my hardware needs. I always said my Uncle was a Genous. I feel very strongly that David too deserves the same title. I will NEVER use any other store for my needs. David is always courteous to me and even the smallest project David answers all my questions.Thank you! Sincerely RAWHITE
