I go to this salon all the time and I have for years. The owner is a great guy but he really needs to watch who he hires. The last time I was there I wanted Tom to do my nails but he was leaving so I seen another girl. She was not very friendly and was talking on her cell phone the whole time, which is so rude and annoying. She was complaining on how she had a client left and couldn't wait to get out. I mean I was sitting right in front of her like I couldn't hear her complaining. Very rude, and I'm sick of the whole cell phone thing.. that is what lunch breaks are for. Save the drama for someone else because I am sick of listening to it. I get my nails done frequently and it is time away from my kids, I look at it as a relaxation method, not some yelling and complaining while I am enjoying my time away from home. I am now going to try a new salon and see how it goes, maybe things will change and I can go back to Platinum Nails where I have gone for a long time now.

The owner also did my nails. Not only are they not straight, he cut me twice!!!! He didnt act concerned at all just said "oops"! This is the worst salon that I have been to would not suggets anyone to go there. Not professional and rude.

I have never worn acrylic nails and did not know what to expect. They are so nice there and the atmosphere is upbeat and happy. Even if I have to wait an hour, I don't mind because I can relax and unwind. It is hard to explain unless you go there. Even the customers are happpy and upbeat.
