great job on the starter replacement. hill's got me right in because they understood my emergency of needing a vehicle. plus out of all the places I called, they were the lowest price. they saved me at least 30 to 40 dollars comparing prices. sign, William S. P.S. I gave you all 5 stars because of the way I felt when I got my car back. smiled all the way home.

Can anyone tell me how much it will cost you get my car out of impound? Today is Monday, it was towed Saturday night. I plan on going up there 1st thing this morning at 7:45am. If anyone can help, I'd be so grateful

brought my vehicle in and asked how much a tune up was the lady said $120.00 so after getting it done, a few days later opened the hood and noticed the wires had not been replaced that only the plugs were, we looked the plugs up online as we were charged $10.00 a piece (6) for a total of $60.00 for the plugs and the total cost online was $32.00 (8) plugs, so we look at our receipt and it shows they charged us another $60.00 for labor for a total of $120.00 TO REPLACE PLUGS ONLY, generally a tune up should involve replacing the air filter, replacing or cleaning the spark plugs, and replacing the distributor cap and rotor. A tune up can also include replacement of the spark plug wires, fuel filter, PCV valve, and oxygen sensor. I called them and the lady said "no our tune up is only a replacement of plugs" wow really I could have done that myself for $32.00

SUCH A RIP OFF

shady work

Intentionally sabotage suspension components to charge you for the work.   Brought my car in a couple of days ago for an all wheel alignment after replacing a couple of tires.  Car drove fine on both city and highway roads prior to me bringing the car in.  I get a call 1 hour later stating they can't do the work due to a passenger side tie rod loose and an upper ball joint loose on the driver's side.  Quoted me $450 to do the work!  Wow!  No way!I pay the $20 "inspection fee" for nothing.  Actually they gave me a 10% discount.  So 18 and some change.I drive down the road and the steering wheel is 1/4 turn to the left, pulling to the right BAD and getting the whomp whomp sound as i speed up.   ABS was acting up while i braked to a stop.   I just paid these guys $18 to sabotage what alignment I had!THAT'S BS!Take the car home and check the suspension. What do you know...passenger side tie rod and driver's side ball joint is torn to hell.   Replacement parts ran me under $50 and  45 Minutes of my own labor to fix.  Will take the vehicle to a reputable shop for the alignment.Lesson here!  Do your homework finding a shop to do repairs.
