Notoriously long, long waits for service. Not enough clerks and the one's who are on duty are either taking breaks or off doing God knows what else. After much complaining we were finally given kids letter and number cards to keep track of order of which we came in. They seem as though they could care less about serving their customers. Personal problems of employees too often get in the way of service.
