Horrible business practices. Owner has absolutely no medical training, yet "diagnoses" customers with hearing loss. Talked by 93 year old grandmother into financing a ridiculous amount of money for overpriced hearing aids. He takes advantage of the elderly and should be prosecuted.

LIARS, the man running this business claims to be a doctor. He is not. He advertised himself at a Doctor on the radio and leads people to believe he is. When you question him he doesn't even have a college education. Fraud and lying. Tricking elderly to buy outrageous priced hearing aids.

My husband has a hearing problem and we set out to look for a set of hearing aids. After visiting at least 4 different hearing places and having hearing test done at each one of these places we choose Adrian Hearing Center as the place to get his hearing aids. We are so glad we did. Very satisfied with the service we have had at Adrian Hearing. I would recommend Adrian Hearing to anyone who has hearing problems.

Great location, good service by the front office, and seemingly fair prices. The doctor/owner seemed rather like a jerk however. There were several people at the reception area when we came in, the phone was ringing, and there was a lot of paper the girl was trying to take care. The young women up front was doing her very best to help everyone while the doctor stayed in his office not even offering to help. That lack of courtisy to the people there and his employee left a bad taste in our mouth.

I am so happy that I chose Adrian Hearing Center. I actually went to several different places in Adrian to get information about hearing aids and the Adrian Hearing Center is the only place that didn't try to force me to buy anything from the get go. They were wonderful about providing information and allowed me time to make the decision myself. I never once felt pressure to have to buy from them. All the other places in town felt as though they were only trying to sell me something, not actually help me. Out of all the places to purchase hearing aids in Adrian, I would recommend The Adrian Hearing Center. They are honest and up front. Always there to help.
