      Weekend operating hours are ridiculous - don't open until 8AM on Saturday and 1PM on Sunday

      The best decision I ever made!

      After having years of back pain I decided to find a gym and a personal trainer have found the best trainer there is with Russ, he is the owner of the gym. Russ has worked with me for over a year. I feel better than I have ever felt.
