The Southland School District governs elementary, middle and high schools. Its schools curricula include language arts, mathematics, science, agricultural studies, technology education, Spanish, and family and consumer science. The district s schools offer a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, golf, softball, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. The Southland School District also offers Title I and special education programs. Its schools support several organizations that include the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and Future Farmers of America (FFA), as well as band, choir, drama and yearbook clubs. In addition, the district provides guidance and counseling services to help students with educational, career and personal issues. The Southland School District is located in Adams, Minn.
