After being told I would have to replace my window versus get the glass fixed I did as my mother suggested and called the glass co. He came to my home within 30 mins to look at the window. He said it would be difficult, but if he took the broken piece he could try to fix it and bring it back in a few hours. If he could not then it would cost a lot more for a new piece ( sash). He arrived back a few hours later with a window that looked like new. This saved me over a 100.00. I am very pleased. Awesome customer service! My mother has used their services too so please if you need glass fixed give them a call.
