I would like to begin by saying I live an hour and a half from this company. These people helped me tremendously over the phone telling me everything I wanted to hear but, I guess what they didn't take into consideration was I was going to eventually get down there to see and test drive the car. I had called several times and talked to Brandon the owner and the girl that works up front. I asked if anything was wrong with the 2005 Audi A4 Q. They assured me everything was fine and it was a great car and that this car was going to go fast! So I jump into my car and drove down there. only to find out several things were wrong with the car. front end of the car is popping on both sides, the back window failed to roll down and that there was no radio!?!?! WHO SELLS A CAR WITHOUT A RADIO??? interior was damaged Middle console. So they began telling me that the car had been broken into and they took the radio... HUMMM, Did all this happen on my way down there or is this something you all

They let me take my car to my mechanic and walked me thru the whole process. Wonderful experience. Take into consideration, most people do not post a review unless they are dissatisfied. I, on the other hand, arrived in person and have been an extremely satisfied customer.

This place sucks do not go here at all they will try and rip you off as much as they can and aka the Birdman is a piece a shi# and the car they tried to sell me broke down on me the second day I had it

This is by far the worst dealership ive ever dralt with. I got an 03 camary from here and within 2 weeks of having it it the tranmission was pouring out fluid. I then took it to them and they said it was a minor problem and charged me 250$ To fix it and refused to let me take it off the lot tomy mechanic. A few days later I picked it up as soon as I got home after paying 250$ The fluid was pouring out again. I took it to them they said it was "Probably a loose bolt or something simple" And lent me a lexus for a few days. Then I went to return it and they told me the camry needed a transmission. They offered to give me a car of equal value if I kept paying. I got a blue saab. The hood wouldnt shut, desperatly needed tires amd was beat up. It broke down on me and woouldnt start the same night. Then they gave me a yellow nissan sentra. The same day I got this car It wouldnt start after I got it home and I had to buy an 80$ Battery!!! I got it and drove for a day the next day it broke down on me in the middle of the street in Acwoth! I had to walk with my baby, pregnant girlfriend, im the middle of the night until someone picked us up and gave us a ride home. I caled them and went up there, they towed the car to the lot. I told them what hapened and jaime told me thats "My problem." I refused to pay my payment and they called law emforcement. As soon as the cop got there he greeted jaimie and they were friends. I had to drive the camry home ordered by the cop and the repoed the car the next day. I never got any money back from the battery purchase, down payment or monthly payments. No one go herethese people are disgusting crooks just ripping people off with their junk cars. I was fooled by how nice they were at first. Hopefully no one else does!!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Just wanted to say thanks, Cherokee Auto Sales for getting me into my car. Took very little of my time and the staff was excellent. They walked me thru the whole process over the phone. The best part, they do not mark up their prices just to haggle you down into thinking you got a great deal.

These people have an F with the BBB and they sold me a car that was a serious hazard to my health. 3 weeks after buying a car from them I had to pay $300 to get the car fixed and $800 for a hospital visit because i was breathing toxic fumes from a leaking heater core! Another mechanic told me they probably unhooked the hoses before I test drove it to hide the problem. STAY AWAY

I went to cherokee auto sales for a used car. It was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. They are all so wonderful and kind and I would recommend anybody to buy from them before they go anywhere else!!
