Filled a sinkhole in our yard-- the result was uneven grading and the "loam" contained A LOT of debris (broken glass, tiles, metal, and large rocks). They eventually came out and fixed it (partially), and then had the gall to bill us for the extra labor and material. I would not recommend using this company.
My experience is that all landscape contractors and lawn maintenance services have reliability problems, Lincoln Tree is no different. I have been with them 4 years, both performing landscaping construction and lawn maintenance. I have to "be the squeaky wheel", then they usually do what I want when I need it.
I had a house that was going on the market. I made it clear that I had to have the walk way complete by the time it went on the market. This contractor did 50% of the job and then did not return. We made 3 separate dates in which the contractor did not show. In general, contractors do good work for me.
