Concord Family and Youth Services is a part of Justice Resource Institute, which is one of the creative nonprofit human service corporations in the United States. Concord Family and Youth Services operates programs that address the needs of persons at-risk and living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, it serves homeless and troubled youth and persons with disabilities who require supported housing. The agency offers adolescent treatment programs and services that provide opportunities to children whose physical, emotional or learning related disability requires innovative and specialized support and treatment. It also offers counseling, trauma assessment, treatment and education to children, adolescents and adults. Concord Family and Youth Services maintains an office in Acton, Mass.
