South Shore Orthopedics operates as a multi-subspecialty orthopedic practice center. Based in East Weymouth, Mass., the center specializes in sports medicine, hand surgery and shoulder/knee reconstruction services. Additionally, it offers a range of general orthopedic, joint replacement and arthritis care services. South Shore Orthopedics houses a physical therapy department which provides orthopedic rehabilitation programs. The department also educated patients about their injury and recovery process. The center has partnership with the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM).
