I highly recommend trying this program. Its been the best decision I've ever made. Its a challenging yet fun workout. It goes by so quickly you don't even know you are there for only an hour. I've tried all sorts of other fitness classes this is the best by far. The instructors are all so helpful, friendly, and motivating. I am completely addicted and have never been so motivated to be healthy and stay on track.
