The office staff are great about checking insurance coverage, and explaining benefits. Dr. Marchetto always takes the time to explain different lens options (for both glasses and contacts), and I never feel rushed trying to make a decision. The in-office frame selection is also very good, with a range of price points (including many designer options). The office also usually has rebates for contacts when you order within 3 months of a lens fitting, which helps to save money. I've always had an easy time making appointments, and the doctor doesn't keep me waiting. As long as I live in the area, I will continue to go back.
