Some nurses are grouchy

The doctor's are good, but the staff is just horrible. They have a very "no can do" attitude and really could care less. You are a dollar sign to them. They make it twice as hard to get medical care. My advice, go somewhere else and find some people worthy of earning their salaries at your expense.

I am going to be a new patient this month,I have had on going problems for years and my hopes are that this Doctor will help me with a better quality of life...

I am not a patient of Dr Higinbothom but my parents are. If I lived close to his office I would go to him but I live in Richmond Va. Dr, Higinbothom takes time with my Mom and Dad and treats them like he would treat his own parents. He is a Christian which is the first thing my parents told me about him and he always does his best to treat their medical condition. His staff is very friendly also.
