A honest group of kind hearted people who have provided great service to me and my family. I am new to Md, Next Generation has taken care of all my car quest for both of my vehicles and motorcycle at a decent price and also have provided free transportation to and from my job several times while they performed work on my vehicles! Great company!!!

Was told that my vehicle would take 1&1/2 hours to complete the Holiday special...an oil change and checking some other items on the vehicle. Dropped off the vehicle and returned 2&1/2 hours later and my vehicle was not done. It ended up taking 4 hours to complete. The price is great and the service was great but I have to say definately ask for an honest estimate for the time to complete the work on your vehicle.

I just wanted to say that I had some work done on my vehicle. The work and the people there are awesome. My son has all of his work there and I`m glad we were able to find a repair shop thats honest. Mr Anthony W.

As a person knowing little about cars, I've always been weary of taking my car to the shop with a problem. Luckily, I found Next Generation Mechanic a few years ago. Brought truck in for inspection on 11/29 was told that it needed muffler and break work, as well as other items, but had 30 days to make the repairs. On 12/2 went back to the owner of the garage and told him that the front tire was making a loud thumping noise. He stated that it was only the break shoes not to worry about it. On 12/11 the muffler fell off, then on 12/12 the front wheel fell off in traffic. The owner stated that his inspectors did not put the wheel on improperly, that we drove it 400 miles and that is why it fell off. The wheel cost me $374.35 to repair and all of a sudden the cost to do the repairs for the inspection went from $820.00 to $1453.00. This man is incompetent and appearantly greedy as well. I will never take anything to this garage again, as I feel that this garage ripped me and my family off right before Christmas. He should be holding his inspector's responsible for the wheel falling off not us. Ted Rogers

Saturday, two friends on the way from VA to NJ to visit me got into a car accident at Aberdeen, MD . They did not get much help from an auto repair place at the Mall nearby. I checked the web and called Next Generation from NJ. The people here were super nice and helpful. The radiator was replaced, the hood was fixed. Best of all, the cost is very reasonable. The two friends were back on the road at 5PM on Saturday with a working car. Next Generation is truely a hero for the stranded drivers like my friends. Thank you so much for your help.

At dusk, after many places would be closed, I discovered my headlights were not working. I was more than an hour away from home. I got their phone number from a tow truck operator who happened to be nearby. I talked with "AD" (I guess that is his nickname). He talked me through several attempts to fix it, then finally let me know how I could temporarily wire the fuse block to get the headlights to come on with the ignition. AD quickly had the information available, to help me, and asked for nothing in return. Next time I am in the area I plan on stopping by and thanking him personally.
