Your pharmacist has been nothing but rude ugly, and non willing to work with while trying to get a prescription filled for my child. Your pharmacist on duty lied to me on the phone. She told me that she had spoken to my husband which she had not as he was sitting next to me while I was on the phone with her. She also said that she had spoken with my sons doctors office and was told that they were not prescribing him another medicine which was also a lie because I had already spoken to nurse and she had already sent a new medicine. At that point she was raising her voice and pretty much telling me she wasn't even going to try to get the medicine that my child needs to be covered by my insurance company. I will be moving all of my prescriptions and all future prescriptions to a new pharmacy and will never use your company again. I will also be letting everyone I know about the way I was treated by your pharmacist.
